Here is a copy of what i just sent to ASDA headoffice!
I wanted to commend one of your staff -
Brighton Branch (Marina or HOllingbury not sure - phone number 01273 542 314)
Her name is Louise, and she works in your pharmacy.
I had to phone to see if you have the MRSA cream there as my mother is going into hospital on thursday 20th July 2006 (and she is worried about MRSA)
Louise told me you stock it at her branch, but was unaware why its not stocked in crawley (where my mum lives)
She took my number and promised to call me back today (she in fact called back after less than an hour) and has offered to deliver the cream personally to my home address, as it may not get to the Crawley branch in time for my mums operation.
I would just like to say that this lady has gone above and beyond the call of duty and deserves some kind of recognition and i am so pleased with the service i can hardly believe it... well dont Asda
