Why is it a 'good concept' ...?

because Katrina has some connection with it?
  • jesus christ. im not even remotely interested in this topic, i ony thought of the site as i saw this thread while looking for somthing else.

i have no connection with it.

its made by a anton kreil, a successful business man/trader.

No need to take religious names in vain.....

So it's not really different from any other of these 'no middle man', 'sell with little or no fees', 'sell your own home' type of sites, then.....?

The previous success of the site owner has little bearing on the 'concept' ....

Hablib.com - I love the way the Owners valuations are SOOOOO much higher than the Hablib valuations.

eg: Golders Close, Edgware, HA8 -

    Owners Val - £799.950
    Hablib Val - £674,500

    :rotfl:

No wonder people get the impression property isn't selling. Vendors still have such unrealistic prices in mind given the market they are in.

Anyway. They don't have the coverage of the local area for the OP so not really worth the effort IMHO.
