Furniture123 - what to do?

I'm now at the very end of my tether with this feeble excuse for a company. Having ordered a 4 piece children's bed set from them back on the 1st November I have only just received the bed.The original date given was 4-6 weeks from order. This would have been fine as I wasn't moving into my new house until Jan 2010. Then as time has gone on the dates have been pushed further and further back. Having arranged delivery for last Friday I was not surprised to learn that only the bunk bed had been delivered and there was no sign of the drawers, wardrobe or desk. Now, having called them they are saying that the manufacturer has made a mistake and I will have to wait another four weeks. They have had over a thousand pounds of my money since November. I can't really cancel as it will be very hard to match the set. I'm expecting a call from their Cust services manager. Where do I go from here?

More negative feedback on furniture123!
Parents (well, me on their behalf!) ordered two units from them, one to be delivered within two weeks, and one within six weeks.
After two and a half weeks we contacted them to advise that the first unit had not arrived, and two days later we were advised that the item was no longer available. I doubt they would have told us at all had we not contacted them!
Yesterday the second item was delivered ... and they have sent the wrong item! Needless to say the item was rejected, and we have advised F123 that we require a full refund.
Avoid!Gone ... or have I?0
