Only Nurofen Plus contains codeine, standard Nurofen only contains ibuprofen.

Yep. Wondering if the pharamacist had recommended the Plus and something was lost in communication.

Not worth worrying about £1 though.

I always buy ibuprofen at home bargain or poundstretcher. You save far more than £1.
It's about 35p for 16 tablets

I did but she said Nurofen was better & as there was a queue at the till & my lasses head was getting worse I didn't want to make a scene :beer:

But there would still be a generic/Boots version of Nurofen Plus.
