Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, including browsers, so that nothing other than HijackThis is open, then click Fix Checked. A box will pop up asking you if you wish to fix the selected items. Please choose YES. Once it has fixed them, please exit/close HijackThis.

Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

I also see you have uTorrent installed - this is possibly the source of your infection - not the programme itself but what it downloads - I would uninstall it but it is your choice.

If you choose to retain it then I would not use it until you are clean.

Sorry for the late reply i've just got in from work.

I'll make tea and then do the above,

the kids downloaded utorrent, as they was told it was good for downloading stuff, but they have only used it once, so i will remove it.
