Complete PITA this light is. Its a loose connection. Gets fixed and then goes again a few months later.
I've got a feeling this is an MOT fail, aint it?

Peugeot...................?
Dont think it's an MOT fail.
What about the people out there with the passenger airbags turned off for child seats? Turning them off puts the light on.0 -
I dont think airbags are checked as part of the MOT test.
My brake warning light is constantly on (loose connection) i just get an advisory note every MOT test.0 -
Maybe I'm thinking of ABS light. I had a car once that had a dodgy ABS warning light and that was a fail...0

Unless its been changed in the last few years it is not a failure. I had a similar problem with my previous car and it went through four mots with the light on.0

had mine on in my Peugeot for a few years, never a problem at MOT. Wasnt even broken, was something to do with the a cable passing under the drivers seat.0

Yeh. Been doing a bit of googling and it looks like the only warning light on the dash that causes a fail is the ABS light.0
