Hiya all,
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong thread - If it is, can someone point me in the right post?
Anyway, OH bought me a lovely Swarovski ring for valentines day. Wore it yesterday when we went our for a meal, and by the time we had come home and I sat down, I noticed that the crystal had dropped off. We did go looking around our car park for it, but looking for something so small is like looking for a needle in a hay stack.
Looking on their website, it does say that all products come with a two year warranty, so if I took the ring back to the shop, would they have to replace it?
Thanks all for your advice x

Hi,
I don't know about your legal rights (I'm sure someone else will be along soon who does) but my experience with Swarovski when I've had issues is they've been great at exchanging when there's an issue. So, I'd pop into the shop with it0 -
Thanks for your reply, I am going to see what they say when I pop in tomorrow So much for 'Money Saving'
