I found out that Mobile Phone Buyer would buy my old mobile phone for £41 (after searching through this site and getting the best price). They sent me the padded envelope, I sent the phone and charger to them and they e-mailed me (2 weeks later) with confirmation that they'd tested it and would pay me within 7 days. I then got an e-mail saying that payment had been sent. That was in January. The payment has still not hit my bank account and the two chaser e-mails I've sent have not received a response, other than an automated 'We'll respond asap between Monday - Friday'! response.

I'm still chasing but this is to warn others, you may not get anything from them, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to get a response or acknowledgement from them or even to get what they promised to pay me!
