Thanks guys.
Butterfly Brain thanks tbh it is as much a headache trying to lift it as it is replacing it. It is right next to a USA fridge freezer which in itself it is easyish to move as on wheels (pulled it out to clean under) but the vinyl imo is rubbish and i am pretty sure it would rip so would rather try anything but before that option.
spugzbunny thanks am heading over that way after lunch so will get some and see what happens!0 -
When we first got our old cat I had the same problem and found a recipe online that did the trick after trying store bought products.
- 1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide
- 1/4 cup bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon of liquid soap

Hi gabbyjane,
I've merged both of your threads together as it may help others with the same problem to find all the replies in one thread.

Well just an update..bought the pets at home one and sprayed it down and left for about 10 mins then wiped up..have to say the smell went and it to me was very noticable before so was really pleased..however the smell is still slightly lingering around the coker where i know the cat never has weed and i think it is due to what i'm about to put next.
I have been using Flash the blue one with the febreeze in and thought it smelt quite nice BUT we got another car last week and this weekend i cleaned it all out with dd and sprayed the plastic bits with this flash and about half hour after was sat in the back cleaning the windows and got a hint of the 'wee smell' ide had in the house. It HAS to be the flash stuff as used the same thing in both rooms as such and is making me feel ill..i have contaminated the car now too!
Am now doing the whole floor with the pet stuff to try and remove the flash..grr!
Anyone else had this?0
