I can honestly admit that when reading this thread yesterday afternoon I did emit a little chant too! I will put a bit more ooomph in it today though in a hope for even more sales
Hooray! :T
I kinda figured an MSE-er would be likely to sell off their book and I really wanted to 'keep it in the family' so to speak. Sooooo glad my theory worked out!
I walked to supermarket at lunchtime and did my chant. Didn't get any money though but I did stick to my list and a colleague was in the shop and offered me a lift home later so I don't have to spend on bus fare! I like to think this counts.....:DBank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Some heartless so and so just stole my 8 year old's bike from outside school. It was chained up, but they have cut through the chain
Hope his hands drop off

One step forwards, two steps back at the moment :mad:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Bet for £10 ? On anything in particular and does it have to be £10 at once?No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

I just played bingo until my £10 was gone, took quite a while though. You can buy a maximum of 36 tickets in any one game, so in the games where they're 10p that's £3.60 and in the 25p per ticket games its £9. But I found the prizes to be better in the 10p games so you'd need to play at least 3... they only take about 5 minutes each though. They match your first deposit - so I put in £10 and they added £10 of 'bonus' credit (which have to be all played through before you can withdraw anything). And I ended up winning quite a few little bits (added up to £15 in total maybe)... so that's quite a lot of bingo I watched :rotfl:
There are other things on bingos.co.uk, like slot machine games etc, but to be honest I don't really know how to play these and I thought it best to stick to the bingo, its self-explanatory really isn't it?!?! :rotfl:
If you prefer actual betting though (like on sports or, my favourite, big brother), try the gambling sites through quidco. You can get similar cashback (about £20 - £30 for each one) when you sign up and deposit an amount (usually £10) and place a bet with it.
I hope that helps!!
If you want to know more about quidco, by the way, feel free to ask (we'll do our best!) and there's a quidco thread here with some very knowledgeable people. Enjoy!!!

:T :T :T Well done!!! :T :T :T
I saw your question on the quidco thread - I think you need to wager the full amount of your deposit (did you do £10?) but after that you can stop. You're best off leaving the money there, until its payed out if you can bear to wait that long, just so it doesn't affect the payout!
Is there a skill to bingo? Cos I sure as h*ll don't have any of it :rotfl:Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Except for death and paying taxes, everything in life is only for now... I'd only spent £3 so I'll get rid of that extra £7 and leave the rest, see what happens. I'm well chuffed.
Think I might do a thread of my own to track diary-wise. I get zero encouragement for saving/paying off debts at home
I just try and cover as many numbers as possible, in a set number of cards. Tweleve seems to work okay. I got a full house win.
Or, maybe it's beginner's luck! :rotfl:No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
