Money is coming easily to me!

Oh I'm so exited! Thanks for this thread. I was chanting for days and when nothing happened began to get really negative thinking money will never come easily to me! I signed up for 2 Saros panels and they emailed to say they didn't require me. Then just now Saros phoned and said someone has dropped out and could I go tomorrow - woohoo £45! I wonder if its the same one as you MinnieSpender???0

I think this chanting stuff works. Whilst I've had nothing on the money front......... yet...I've been doing some other 'mantras' from a Louise Hey book....and I have to say I am somewhat more chilled than normal.......for anyone who knows me this is a biggy!!!!!!
My best mate (of 23 years) usually says that I look like a bulldog chewing a wasp...... and my pic of the gorilla is generally not too far off from the p****d off/knowing look I give most people! Usually only when they've annoyed me but I apparently I do this anyway! And here's me thinking I'm mostly cool, calm and collected!!
Anyway, today I have become a Great Aunty for the first time....wahoooooooo!!!!...that news is so new I don't even know how much he weighed or what time he was born!! 'Nana' is visiting now.....
What happened to the days when grans and great aunts were old???? Sis is 40 and I'm 32!!! Bloody hell, I'm not even a mother yet!!0 -
ha ha chrismojam I know EXACTLY how you feel re: Great Aunty stuff. I am a GA of THREE great nephews and I am only 35!!
(Elder sister had children quite young who in turn also had children quite young....).
Shocking huh? I have no kids either!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Cheers!! I wouldn't mind....its not like there is a huge age gap between me and sis.....only 8 years....she had her first at 18 going on 19, and the second (the dad) at about 21 I think!! He's only 19 in August!!! Bless him though, got an old head on young shoulders!
Sis is the first 'proper' grandparent among my sibs......my bro is a grandad too but thats to his stepson who is probably maybe about 14/15/16 years younger than him?
Broodiness has nothing on me at the mo..........OMG! Colleague brought new babs into work today (about 6 weeks old).....I got to hold him (after he'd been through about 5/6 other people!..Thought.........he's gonna get all whingy when I get to hold him.....niggeled a bit but was good as gold......even woke up...been asleep until then...(which was why I thought he'd cry even more...been a very collicly(?) baby so far......poor parents having very little sleep)....and was just looking at me......no crying???!!! Oh I was soooo pleased!!
Then there is this little one born this evening..........then OH brother's G/F is also about to drop ....another boy...................what's going on............it seems to be only boys getting born lately............the last girl I know of was last October!!0 -
awww, chris is all broody peeps!
I know...there are a lot of little boys being born. Still my younger sister has two girls so she's doing her bit for the XX chromosomes!
To any Amazon newbie sellers: I bought a couple of books tonight and I specifically bought from newbies or private sellers (not wholesalers) as I thought of us lot and wanted the money to go to one of us! I pictured someone sitting there chanting....then getting an email to say they'd sold a bookBank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Re Broody: yeah, now and for the last 16 years!! Ok that's half my life so far, but it's only so called common sense telling me to wait!! But I'm giving that the old heve oh now..........if it happens it happens...after the others worn off and I've stopped using the other (????) ok so I'm cautious!!:p Overly so....mebe...(said in the style of the scottish bloke in the Goldmember (Mike Myers) fim.....ok I can't remember his name !!
Are the girls the x chromosome or the y???? I can't remember??
Whatever, good on yer sis for keeping us going!!
And good on you for keeping going the money is coming easily to be vibe....even if it isn't for you...but for someone else......very thoughtful!!0 -

Aw congratulations! Nice to hear good news. I must try that chant 'I am cool, chilled and collected'. Then again, in this heat i might need to sit in the freezer to achieve that!January budget

I have been reading this thread and after catching up on it on Monday I decided I had nothing to lose and started 'the chant' to myself that night.
Yesterday a friend rang and asked if we still had our trailer tent for sale ( yes as not much response from adverts ) she knew someone who might be interested.
They came to look at it, said YES and so am £900 richer just one day after telling myself 'money is coming easily to me' it did. :j Is truth stranger than fiction? I couldn't make this up!0
