Finally managed to get SAR from Natwest, applied on the 10th Dec 2009 and finally received it on 10th February after many phone calls.
Received a letter on Sat to say that they are looking into my claim and that
"Ben Ryan" would be looking into my claim.
Am hoping that the process will be quicker than usual due to the fact that I requested a SAR so all the paperwork is sitting in a file in Natwest Towers somewhere !!
Ben Ryan is a very very busy boy lately !!
Will keep you posted !!

Thanks for this post, Tractorgirl! He is also "looking into" my Tesco claim along with plenty of others! I have asked for my SAR as well. They have until 8th March or I go to the Information Commissioner.
