MalwareBytes and Super Anti Spyware Quick Scans

I'm running Avira, Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware on my current laptop.
Avira updates daily and full system scan weekly.
Malwarebytes and SAS are updated weekly and scanned (FULL SCAN) weekly also.
Does this sound adequate for someone who uses the laptop for approximately 2 hours a day? Should I run them more frequently?
Would doing a quick scan instead of a full scan more regularly and maintaining a weekly full scan be a good compromise if so?
I have always stuck to full scans hoping these are safer. Is this the case?
Many thanks in advance

Seems adequate to me - I would update daily though - that way if you are unfortunate to get anything at least you have the latest definitions!0

running a quick scan and full scan makes no difference for malwarebytes, example if you run a quickscan then it wont find anything on full scan. A full scan will only take longer.
As for the time, your only on 2 hours a day, I would run it once a fortnight.
As someone who uses there computer 8hrs day + i only check mine once a month. Saying that i do backup my computer once a week.0
