Juliejim, I hope your HHC was more productive than mine.

I made our bed, put away some dry washing, took towels and tea towels out of WM and hung on line, chatted to someone who came to deliver something here, sorted darks and put in WM for tonight and, um, well not a lot really :o. Oh, I did take a lovely fresh loaf of bread out of the bread maker.

Bit preoccupied as we're getting our chooks on the weekend and I keep thinking of all the stuff I really don't know and trying to find out answers.

Kids want a snack now and then we're going to go out into the back garden and tidy it up a bit.
    Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting
  • Coffee consumed, ready to get showered and get on now. We're out at 12noon to go to the cinema to see The Princess and the Frog so I've got an hour and half to make myself and DD2 look presentable and to try and convince DD1 to change out of the dressing up clothes that my niece who is 2 1/2 years younger passed on for DD2 to wear, not DD1! So she's got a skirt and top on that doesn't cover her midriff and she wants to go out like that at 7 years old! No chance!
  • Hi everyone - sorry I haven't be around much this week... Been ferrying DD to cinema and doing some of my research in between cooking endless meals... But I'm back to claim a couple of stars, I hope:

    Friday ~ Chimps rooms!/Spare rooms..
Can I claim the Conservatory instead of the kid's room (or the Sitting Room) this week - as a sort of 'extra' room? We've done such a lot on it this week.
If so, STAR PLEASE TOOTS! toot.gif
    Level One
[STRIKE]Go strip, wash and replace with clean any bedding[/STRIKE] No bedding, but I cleared the table and chairs and dusted them
[STRIKE]Spend half an hour doing something that makes you happy.. and I do NOT want details!! Or else you get mine with full colour graphics![/STRIKE] :D:D
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Rope children in and declutter the floors and quickly vacuum them[/STRIKE] Swept the floors, collected up all the dead leaves and composted them
[STRIKE]Straighten cupboards of clothing/shoes[/STRIKE] Sorted the veggie boxes which we store in here, and emptied the bin. Also sorted the plastic recycling which had been pushed in here; and took loads of things down to the cellar for the e-Bay box.
[STRIKE]Make sure school stuff is ready for next week.. inc. homework done![/STRIKE] Yup: and forms filled in for highly dangerous-looking adventure trip :o
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Tidy up a bookcase or a toy box.. or just a box of junk![/STRIKE] Pruned loads of plants back so we can see the mirrored wall
[STRIKE]Wash any smelly curtains and wash windows[/STRIKE] Washed half the windows (there are loads) which were green (I kid you not). Wiped the woodwork, too. Still got half to go, but this took 2 hours....
[STRIKE]Clean out any pongy pets[/STRIKE] No pets, but I wrestled with a very determined parlour palm and tied it up.
    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Go spend some time with your little people.. or big people.. or friends.. or man hunting (greenbee :p)[/STRIKE] Have played loads of board games this week
    2. Binbag dance
    3. HHI
    4. Spend weekend slobbing!
    Hope this is OK, Toots?

    Love to all
    MissH

Have I had a list this week?

I have the backroom in dire need of skipping today.. might prod the children into grot shifting then most of he downstairs will be fairly habitable.. I was hoping to focus on emptying my room this weekend without children.. mainly cos I need everything out of it!
