Thank you very much to xx_Jo_xx for mentioning the bra appeal in aid of Breast Cancer.

I cleared my knicker drawer last week(the old greying cottons are great cleaning cloths).
This week i was going to clear my bras - and was planning take some to the charity shop and others in the bin until you mentioned the Breast Talk appeal - far more environmentally friendly.

I also send old tights to the Ethiopian Fistula Appeal on the TightsPlease website - but i see that the appeal has closed for the time being. Does anyone know of a charity that can use them?

Morning everyone, haven’t been about much this week due to it being half term and apart from a few errands to be run today I am going to try and catch up with some of the house work.

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
Level One
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
Oven and hob cleaning week... and it is level one so none of you can get out of it..
Level Two
Wipe table replacing cloth if necessary..
Clear out a cupboard.. the larder unit if yyou jave one or just the general messiness of cupboard.. the one where you stuff all things useless.
Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly!
Level Three
Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe the tops of the wall units.. lining them with old wallpaper or newspaper keeps them clean!
Dejunk window sills, dust blinds and wash windows!

Extras
1. Wash light shades and clean bulbs
2. Clean out the smelly fridge
3. Sort out and restock baking cupboards
4. Wash the vacuum cleaner innards and filters.. do not reassemble until completely dry!!
Tuesday ~ Living/Family/Reception room
Level One
Declutter and vacuum floor!
Wipe sticky grubby marks from sofas
Level Two
[strike]Wipe sticky grubby marks from walls and paintwork[/strike]
Vacuum nuder furniture you can safely move.. we have bit of a baby boom on at the moment so please all be careful!!!
Wash any smelly soft furnishings (this may include pets and OH's)
Level Three
[strike]Clear and wipe firesurround..[/strike]We haven’t got a fire
[strike]Decant all the miscellaneous papers and bits into a box[/strike]
Polish any glass.. screens, pictures, ornaments mirrors etc

Extras
1. [strike]Vacuum fluff from the fire and behind the radiator[/strike]
2. [strike]Sort through the box of miscellaneous belongings[/strike]
3. Binbag dance
Wednesday ~ Master bedroom - ALL DONE CAN I HAVE A STAR PLEASE?
Level One
[strike]Strip, wash and replace the bedding.. leave the mattress and duvet to air![/strike]
[STRIKE]Declutter the floor.. and vacuum it![/STRIKE]
Level Two
[strike]Put away all the shoes and clothes and bags and belts and ties lying around![/strike]
[STRIKE]Wash the curtains/nets and clean the window before rehanging them!/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Dust away the webs and fluff[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Sort through a box of stuff... I have about a million to do[/STRIKE]
[strike]If it hasn't been done in a while vacuum and turn the mattress[/strike]
[strike]Tidy up a cupboard of clothing[/strike]

Will do the kitchen list later on, or perhaps I'll get carried away when I tidy, I've got to load the DW and tidy up before I can clean and my back's giving me jip. i'm leaving littleys room cos she was told to tidy it up yesterday and didn't and I'm sick of doing it, she has to learn, it would have been cleaned when I did the master bed if she'd done it, it only takes 5 mins, I hoovered teenies room tho as it was tidy.

Good morning everyone :beer: I'm feeling really tired, too I'd agreed to pick DD and her friends up from the cinema, which was meant to be about 10:00. However, their plans changed and it ended up being 11:30 :eek: By the time I'd dropped off the friends it was 12:30, and I then slept really badly DD and I are planning a girlie afternoon with some Chcik-Flicks and HM popcorn, so I may light a fire and have a doze :cool:
