    You would not default on your mortgage so don't do it with utility bills

    I don't have a mortgage to default on.

    I have quit British Gas now anyway and I have arranged for Prepayment Meters to go in with another supplier.

    In fact I think everyone should have a prepayment meter then BG and other utilities would not need to waste money on subscribing to the CRA Shysters and everyone would pay the same!!

    What I want to know is how the country got on before these CRA's were invented. Did people default on all their credit back then? Or are we speaking of the better times where people saved up properly for things and werent sucked into the "must have Sky's latest televisual excrement, the buy now pay 10,000 years later couch from DFS. Basically the "have it now, now, now" culture???
