NowFly free luggage tracker

I've posted this in travel and freebies - sorry wasn't sure where the best place for it was.
The next two weeks NowFly are giving away free luggage trackers. They don't hold any personal info but use a 'unique serial number and barcode' so you can locate your belongings wherever they are in the world. Apparently works by a baggage official scanning the serial code and then an email and SMS text are immediately sent to you, notifying you of the whereabouts. Seems quite cool - p&p's £1.51 apparently but it normally costs £12.50
It works forever I think.
Would be nice to have a computer tell me rather than waiting around at an airport desk next time something goes wrong

That's incredibly good customer service for a Sunday night.... Who did you email?I emailed them and they just said it's been broken but fixed now

Well, the code's from nowfly so i asked them if their code was working or if my computer was doing something wrong.0 -
