Natwest credit card

Hi, does anybody know how far back you can get statement details from natwest credit cards. Done the SAR and only 6 years have came back. Card is about 14 years old.

Main issue is the PPI on the card that my better half never understood she was paying and didn't need. Natwest have said they haven't got the application, and only supply 6 years details.

Hi There although you can only claim 6 years back when I took a friend of mines to the FOS I got PPI on credit card back to 1991 so was very lucky. Although Barclaycard did not have the details they averaged out the balance and payments they knew about and then estimated back to 1991 i got back near 9000.00.

Not everytime do they pay back so far I think I just got lucky. 6 years ppi paid back plus interest would perhaps be more useful than waiting for the FOS to make a decision which could be up to 2 years.
