That took two seconds to find by searching Google with the following keywords: "postage discount ebay".0 -
You can amend your invoice by adding the discount0

Just whatever you do don't click 'recalculate' when you have changed the invoice , ebay consider recalculate to mean the exact opposite.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Not overly helpful though as that is how to set up postage discounts before listing. The OP wants to know how to do it after the auctions have finished.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Can anyone answer this?
I have a seller who is willing to drop he postage charges but asked if I knew how to do it, and I don't sell so have no idea.
I did find the instructions of how to do it beforehand (as mentioned above), but would that work now that the auction is finished? If not, how would she go about changing the postage?0 -
The seller must send you an invoice, you can't pay for the item at the end of the auction, if you have already done so then the seller will need to re-pay you and then issue a revised invoice.
To revise the invoice the seller should look under the item charge where there is the post and packing charge in a box, they change that by highlighting it and changing it to what they want to charge you. If they wish to see that the invoice is now correct they need to 'preview' it. As soolin says DO NOT press the recalculate button as for some reason it doesn't work in the way we all think it should and just returns to the old pricing.
The seller should now send you the invoice and all being well the postal charges will have been changed and the cost reduced. Then you just pay the invoice.0
