Don't ever recall mentioning 'retiring' by the way so yet another assumption you've got wrong. I'm active in the market so hardly lying in bed till dinner time in my so called 'retirement'!!
I'm confident i can average 30+% a year on the market which i must easily have achieved over the years so should see an income of 50+. Not sure when I'll retire though, not exactly hard watching the screen is it? My aim is to have 'other' investments making me around 2k a month and the shares will be fun. Fully expect to have a £1 mill in the next few years though ;-))
edit, no make that 2 mill.0 -
Aaaaand you're just trolling.0

no charter just taking it to your level.
Maybe you should enjoy your life more without worrying about building up your millions. I got away from 9-5 drag because over the past decade i've taught myself how to make money on the market. Nakedtrader has done a similar thing.0 -
WOW Hotshot, hope you put us up your trades(in advance)so we can all retire early:p0

Yeh but if it were the other way around wouldn't you find it slightly odd? It's like a plumber saying he doesn't know anything about sinks.
Hell good luck to you if it's true, I just have my doubts, sorry.0 -
Seems unfortunate this thread has descended into a confrontational sceptical-pi**ing-competition, which does no one any favours at all.
Chillax, and everyone may learn something useful.0 -
Anytime anyone posts on here that they earn a good living or have done well investing, you get the usual malcontents moaning that the OP must be lying.
Memo to the board - there are some successful people out there. We don't all earn £20,000 a year, you know.0 -

But I thought all lawyers were cynics by design?;) Or perhaps that should read "should be?"In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0
