Or you can phone the self employed helpline. They can give you all the up to date guidance. I only have a basic knowledge of it cos I work with the online side.

Or nip into a tax office. Sometimes I need stuff explained to me rather than reading it as I get all confuddled.

If you have a partner then you will need to complete 2 returns. One for yourself as an individual with your profits and a partnership one (you NEED to buy software for this as it isnt supported by the HMRC software or do it on paper)

If anyone has any advice for the site, I would really appreciate it. Or your opinions on my cards, I love making them but I don't know if I should carry on just putting them in a drawer rather then trying to sell them...I'm not sure

saucy need a linky. Card i know not alot about other than I have a friend that struggles with them as people have the attitude of oo I can get a card fo 69p in card warehouse so not paying XXX for that. That being said some can appreciate the work and individuality. I say give it a try
