Wayne it was cheap for me because I built it myself. But, it is really easy to set up a site if you don't know too much about design. Wix is an easy do it yourself option, and Amber mentioned webs.com . If you have the budget for it you can buy ready made templates and drop the content in if you have Macromedia Flash 8 upwards they have some good templates here or if you want a website that is HTML or XHTML based they have some really good templates here.
I tend to custom build my sites from scratch when they are XHTML and I am using templates for Flash until I get better with Actionscript.

I would just like to say
a - I LOVE your site... vry professional
b - I don't have a clue what you are talking about!! LOL!!

Dilli, Saucy, anyone! Could you tell me how I get a logo for my Catty type business? I'd like a silhouette of a cartoon black cat, or even an outline of one that I can legally use. Everything I find online is copyrighted. Do I need to join something in order to get them, or just find the one I want and contact the owner? (Sorry, that sounds really dumb, but not sure how to get over this next bit of my challenge).

This is the sort of thing I mean: -

2Cats- I've just had a nosy too! Those cd pendants are brilliant, it sounds like your like me, you never think your own stuff is any good but honest hun yours is amazing!!

2cats I agree with moneymabel - your work is lovely. One quick thought on your folksy site, can you show pictures of the back of your domino pendants... I just can't work out how you've tied them to the lace and so don't know how they "sit" when you wear them. Otherwise, I think it's a lovely site and the emo bracelet is inspired :D

  • lilac - are you aware there i a big bead fair in perth on the 14th march and a wedding fair in Dundee (think Caird hall) on the 28th?

munchki - take a break, have a bath and away to your bed and get up early tomorrow - there's no point of making a hash of it - is it anything we may be able to help you with or is it just you've hit a wall?

Hi everyone. Nice to hear you are all doing well. Loving the craft stuff! You are all so talented. I would love to be able to do stuff like that, but hey-ho, it's no use playing to your weaknesses!

Not posted much this week but still plugging away. Have had a much better week on ebay (about £120) which has restored my faith a bit. I am surrounded by packing stuff and will have to run the gauntlet of dissaproving tuts in the post office queue tomorrow.

Still have a mountain of stuff to photo and list so will try to do some of that. Half term so won't get much time. Plus need to do some (well, err lots:D) of digging at my new allotment ready to slash the food bills later in the year!
