Southern Electric voucher

I had an offer if I changed to Southern Electric, after 3 months I could send off a £40 voucher which would be credited back to me.A few weeks after I sent it to them I have still not heard anything back or had a cheque.

Anyone else been paid ?

    Will they not just credit your bill with the £40?

    I switched to Southern Electric via their website in March, returned the voucher to claim the £40, and have heard nothing at all, in spite of contacting them twice. Looks like it has been 'lost'
