Both I and one of my family have had personal experience of this kind of thing. Basically if you order something and they've got it in stock, your fine. But woe betide if you order something and it's just out of stock, you will be messed about with for months and never get the same answer twice to whether you are ever going to get it or not.Out on blue six..
