Hi guys
I want to use the postcard download in the following link, it's a zipped file but when I right click on it there is no option to extract, I saved it using microsoft word. Should I save it with some other program to allow me to unzip it. Thanks for your help.

I did a normal left-button click on the link on the page your link loaded and it offered the file to me, I chose "Save ...."
It then downloaded the zip to my PC and I opened the folder where it had saved it to.
I then did a right click and chose extract and it created a new folder containing a Word doc and two PDF files.
So: Just save it to your PC as a zip file, then choose extract and you'll get the files.0 -

Thanks PasturesNew but it's not giving me an extract option.0 -
What Operating System do you have?
Do you know you have winzip/similar installed or part of the OS?
What are the options when you right-click?0 -
What OS are you running? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
My operating system is Vista and the options when I right click are just the usual - edit, open with, cut, copy, paste, delete etc0
