Play.com account problem

I haven't been able to access my Play.com account for over a week. The email & password I use are correct and I have just today received promotional emails from Play to the same email address. I have previous order confirmations from Play to the same email address.
I have phoned Play on 4 different days and twice they have reset my password but I still can't log in. I sent them an email a few days ago but i've heard nothing. It seems as though the problem relates to my email address as I get the following message when I try to use "send me my password" An error has occurred. Your password has not been emailed.
Please ensure you have typed in the correct email address.
Play tell me that a bug may have affected their system which may have caused the issue with my account and also resulted in my outstanding order being cancelled (clearly they can access my account but I can't). The outstanding order was paid by Play voucher and I haven't received a credit from the account - so Play owe me money!
Has anyone else had this problem & does anyone know how I can resolve it?

Keep bothering them until they fix the problem, as it sounds like it's totally their fault and there's nout you can do.0
