I'm looking to get a package for a dongle so looking for deal that suits me -silly quesion i know but if you watch clips on you tube or post clips from you tube onto face book is that a down load

Sorry, I didn't quite follow your post.

Are you getting a 3G dongle? If so, everything you access (websites, music/video downloads etc) are downloads so will count towards your usage. You will most likely find you will not want to download large files or watch youtube as these dongles are not in any way fast!

Every time you visit a web page for the first time, the computer must download everything on it. This can eat at memory. However if you keep temp files and such the computer doesnt need to re download borders, styles and pictures etc. So these dongles are best used on site that dont use video or music and only a few sites used regularly rather than many used less, if that makes sense.
