P.S we have a natwest ad gold accont for this which you get free mobile phone insureance, and breakdown cover with green flag
Forgot to reply to this earlier - Sorry!
I'm with natwest at the moment as well (I had a natwest account first, then switched to alliance and leicester) - Although I did use that account for saving - Having my savings in a completely seperate account made me less likely to dip into it - Although I was made redundant in June, so I'm currently about £450 into a £500 overdraft on that. Thank god its interest free though!
Thats another reason why I want to set up a bills-only account really, I want to pay off my overdraft, and this way, the money I have left over after transferring that set account, is my own, and so I should be able to pay it off quickly. I'm thinking maybe £150 a month, then it will be clear for my savings again!0 -
how about alliance and leicester premier account? free so long as you pay £500 a month in, with free multi-trip travel insurance too.

I'm with alliance and leicester already. In fact, I have the premier account, although when I opened it, you had to pay in £1000 a month - Although I dont know if this has changed.
I had a look to see if I could open an account, but the only ones I could see were savings accounts, and I dont think you can withdraw the money.
Admittedly, I only looked at most of these for a few minutes, but bank of scotland seemed the simplest, and easiest!0
