Has anyone else had trouble with them?
The watering can I was so looking forward to receiving arrived badly scratched. If it was an ordinary watering can I wouldn't have minded much but it's the one printed up with tomatoes. And my seed potatoes have STILL not arrived! I asked for an exchange for the watering can but was told they were out of stock but see they are still for sale on website. I was promised a refund but received a partial refund.
I am not happy and WON'T be using again!

The answer to your question is yes
It took 5 emails 3 phone calls and 28 days for them to deliver an order that was meant to take 5 - 7 days to deliver
if you want to see the full saga here's the link Poor customer Service
They are ok when things go well as with all companies, however if you are unlucky enough to have anything go wrong then forget it, Sadly either the Customer Care Department are severely over worked and can not cope or the alternative is some of their staff really don't give a dam, either way my dealings with them has left me severely disappointed0 -
I think some of their staff don't give a damn.
gayle21 chase them for a full refund for the watering can, and tell them to come and collect it.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0
