I want to write a negative blog about a company - could it be legally problematic?

I am in IT consultant by profession and if i can be mislead by a website, I would like to blog about the experience to educate and help my clients avoid a similar circumstance.
Will not blog about it for a while. Still working on a letter of complaint to go out soon.0 -
