Re-Pressure a boiler

I have just bled 3 radiators that were hot at the bottom and cold at the top....Boiler now has no pressure, any help as to how to re-pressure it please...
Its an Ideal Isar we have the filling pipe thing just not sure where to connect it to

1) Breach of the water by-laws. It is to stop the black water in the central heating system getting back into and contaminating the mains system which supplies your drinking water.pookienoodle wrote: »my fillng loop is still connected,I take it this is wrong.
2) Sometimes the valve does not turn fully off( and mains water will keep driving up the pressure in the boiler until the pressure valve blows off), this will only be apparent if the loop is disconnected.0
