I'll say it one last time Lilly May - i think you are probably in the right but i don't know your case and have not seen the paperwork - what you need is proper sound legal advice. Go to the CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau).
Disclaimer - Info about the law is designed to help users safely cope with their own legal needs. But legal info is not the same as legal advice -- the application of law to an individual's specific circumstances. Although I go to great lengths to make sure my info is accurate and useful - please seek the advise of a lawyer before you act..

Hi Hicshis, Thank you for your advise, I did take it on board before, its just that CAB can't see me for at least two weeks, as they are fully booked, I was rather hoping that I could deal with it, with help from the guys on here in that time...but I will make an appointment in case they/I can't..thanks again......:)...Lilly
  • Just moving this up, in case anyway has any ideas what to do, or they have been in this situation and could advise....CAB booked but not for another two week.....hmmm....:)...Lilly
