Flat roof, soffits, fascia and guttering replacement quote

Just had a quote for replacing our flat roof on our extension and replacing the soffits, fascias and guttering around the flat roof which came to £950 - which seems quite good.
Roofers also quoted to replace the soffits, fascia and guttering around the front & back of our terraced house which came to £750. Not sure if this is a good price or if it is worth waiting to save up to replace the whole roof which they quoted for at £3000 including the soffits, fascia & guttering. They have just replaced the neighbours roof and it looks ok.
Any thoughts on this ??

Soffits and gutters average £45-50 a mtr, flat roof size would help, but sounds Ok Roof replacement depends on tile make and style. £65=7- mtr did that include new membrane and battons r just a re-tile?0

New roof would include new membrane and battons as well - currently our pitched roof has no membrane/felt - Is this something to worry about or is it not a big issue.
Regarding the flat roof a rough guess on the size is 10x10 metres.
