After the farce that was the Beauty Evening on Thursday, now my local one yet again doesnt have the items they were meant to be giving out with tokens from the newspapers..Lost count of the times that I have gone there on opening to find that they dont have any in stock or worse like today NEVER stock the items..:mad:

Anyone found similar issues?

    Are you talking about the Baileys chocs in The Express today? I haven't bothered with them cos I don't like them! I assume you have asked at the till, in my experience they tend to keep them behind the till and dole them out to those that ask.

    The clock that they were giving out a while back was not delivered to our local WH Smiths, I emailed and complained, and they promised to send one through the post when they had more stock, and it actually DID turn up!!

    It is frustrating though, free gifts through the papers seem to be in short supply whether it is Superdrug, Smiths or Tescos, unless of course it is simple DVDs/CDs then there is normally loads of them!

    when they have spend X ammount get something free in store they dont give it u unless u ask n point it out either. thats been my experience in several superdrugs in different towns, always the same incompetence.

    went with my voucher today and no suprise not in stock but she did give a bag of haribo sweets in replace
