Voicemail on HTC Touch 2

Does anyone know how to enable voicemail on a HTC Touch 2?? We've set the mailbox up, but we're having trouble how to work out how to divert calls to voicemail if unanswered.

We've taken it back to the T-Mobile shop and they didn't want to know!!!
All we want to do is enable it so that if someone rings and we don't answer it goes through to voicemail! We've enabled the voicemail but how do we instruct the phone to send unanswred calls to voicemail!!??

I assume you're on T-Mobile and using Windows Mobile?
If both of those assumptions are correct, then go here for the guide. The MDA is a T-Mobile Windows Mobile device so the instructions should be the same for what you're using.
If not, come back with some more details.0
