Is there any way i could still claim back the money Lloyds wants back from me. My partner who has medical problems and we asked if we could pay £7 a month but they refused and said they can only accept £15 a month. Truth is we are struggling with this and everytime we have told them our circustances they just don't seem to care.

Write to them and include an income and expenditure sheet. Go through it with a fine tooth comb and if you have any arrears with priority debts(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities) then make them aware of that and explain you cannot afford any more.0 -
