Making payment by PayPal

Once you've completed PayPal bank account setup (when they put those two small deposits in and ask youi to say how much they have put in) are you able to pay someone and they'll take the money from your account by Direct Debit or do you need to add the funds to PayPal first?

They will take the money by Direct Debit - but it'll take over a week for the payment to clear. It may be quicker if you have a card attached to the account, I don't so I wouldn't know.0
