Hi All,

We have been trying to get a refund from the above company for over a year now and have read on other forums that we are not alone.

Has anyone ever had any dealings with this company (Adam and Claire of Headstocks Transport) for motorcyle transport through Uk and Europe? Especially those who have received poor treatment, unfulfilled jobs, incorrect pick up or drop off date, or are waiting for monies to be returned to them, whatever the amount and however short the journey was.

    It is nice that you seem to be able to reply here, but up until the middle of last year you ignored emails from me/us.

    thank you for your offering of calling, but I have to admit at this point in time, my boredom with trying to deal with you and your wife directly has run its course and all I have tried to do is information gathering on this forum, in some way to let me know I am not the only one to have gone through this. I have not posted on any other forum except this one. I have now had a trawl through bike forums where I now realise I am definitely not alone in this, or havent been and there are some people who were left far worse off than me.

    You read a good, honest post, and I believe your intention to be honest in your business. Unfortunately, through your politeness you have to admit that there are occasions that you do not deliver on time (although there are posts recommending you), you do not refund immediately after promises to do so when you do make a mistake.

    I have personally so far given up on a full refund and I have no intention of striking up direct conversation with you as I found this very distressing last year which actually lead to sleepless nights. I wish not to waste anymore of my valuable time.

    I wish you luck in your business and hope this can only help to improve things for others as I am sure someone, somewhere will come along and post positively.

    I don't see the need for the secrecy and cloak and dagger. How can I help if you don't at least tell me your real name?

    And I don't understand how conversations we had last year were distressing if I was ignoring you all last year?

    Please clarify Jilly- either on here or directly, and if we can identify the issue we can get it resolved.
