First plus success

I have had some success with FP after fighting my corner with them they have agreed to pay the whole amount of PPI back plus interest.

Does anyone know what percentage of interest they should pay also how/if they will reschedule the loan so making us better off per month.

Also how long will they drag the refund process out for??

Hi Well Done:j:j i dont know about interest but i got my refund from ffirst plus within four weeks of them agreeing Sunny x
