I've some small balance with National Lottery on-line, Does anyone know how to get the money back without spending on Lottery.

My current card expired, when i try to update new card detail i get this error message.

Just ring the helpline and they will sort your card details out for you, after which you will be able to withdraw your money.

If you go ahead and type in your debit card details in anyway, it'll then say that you still have money left and it gives you a number to call to change the details.
