letter says my offer has been accepted in Partial Settlement of my account, says once payement has cleared no further action will be taken to recover the remaining balance, also says account wil be registered as a Partial Settlement with the credit reference agencies for six years, Does this sound ok or should i be asking for more? So much info on this and other sites my head is spinning!!

Bin paying £1 a month for last 6mnths then out of the blue they phoned to say they would accept 35%, said best i could offer was 20% and they accepted. They say it's accepted in Partial Settlement but on most i read regarding settlement figures they say only accept settlement if satisfied in full will be put on your credit file! They say i would have to pay 95% of balance for it to be classed as Full and Final payment, was gonna pay them this week but not sure i should now??
