Hello everyone, bit of a strange one this. Basically I am going to go ahead to try and reclaim charges from this bank over 2 accounts, one joint and one in my partner's name. Now, the charges total in the region of £1350, not a small amount to us. The thing is, we are in a DMP with Payplan, and the amount outstanding over the 2 accounts is around £670.
Where do I go in relation to this? I'm responding to the 'write back in 8 weeks or we will consider your complaint closed' letter. Do I stick to the guide letters or basically say the reason I am still in debt with them is because of their ridiculous charges? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.
