O2 Call allowance abroad

Hi Folks,

Im traveling to the US soon with work. Does anyone know if O2 call allowances are valid whilst out of the country. My current contract allows me Free calls to other O2 mobiles, which if it was still honoured by O2 would be great! Has anyone had any experiences with this?

Cheers,

No. Don't use a UK mobile in the USA as call charges on O2 are minimum £1.37/minute to make calls and £1.03/minute to receive. Investigate a cheap US SIM or take your laptop and use Skype with the huge amount of free Wifi that's available in the USA.
