Any reason you feel the need to write in massive letters?
Also the need to make 3 threads?
Perhaps delete the other two and make your text normal size so its actually comfortably readable so its easier to help......
As for your actual post (what made sense, maybe consider proof reading and editing) it sounds as if your asking questions only the bank can answer....
Speak to CAB for advice and guidance, they can be excellent.
BTW im by no means part of the grammar police but making a clear concise threat will help us in helping you and is good forum etiquette. Im not trying to be mean so dont take it badly!Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -

I think that was a fault with the forum. Same thing in the vent board also at12:05/12:06 with the National Insurance threads.0 -
It's a bit hard to understand exactly what happened or what you're asking here, but is the gist of it as follows?:
On the 29th Jan £1000 was mistakenly deposited to your account
On the 4th Feb you queried it
On the 5th Feb the £1000 was reversed.
They have now blocked your account, possibly because a 3rd party has your details and has applied for the £1000 loan.
Have I got it right?
If so, is your question, why didn't they communicate this with you?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
In all honesty its clear that something has happeneded, possibly fraudulently hence they have froze the account until its resolved.
Call customer services and find out how to fix it.
Not exactly rocket science. Maybe dedicate your time to fixing it rather than moaning.0 -
You've nothing to complain about other than the Bank's failure to communicate clearly with you. They've corrected the error on your account, it looks as if they think a loan has been applied for and wish to confirm this with you. Surely it's better that they check this with you and in the meantime note that there may be a problem?0
