Quick question

Hi quick question. If an ebayer is no longer a registered user what does that mean?
Thing is I sold an item back in early December 2009, they have just contacted me saying they haven't received the item. The sale was made 4/12/09 and I sent it out 2 days later. I have had no contact from the buyer until today. What should I do? It states on their account as no longer a registered user. They had also previously acted odd when it came to paying and wanted to collect the item instead of me posting, even when I said I don't do that.

It means they've been suspended or banned, for an innocent, or not so innocent reason. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Oh right. Does that affect their use of their eBay account?Serial lurker..0

Yes it does, they can no longer use it at all. However if you are still within the 45 days for a paypal chargeback (which seems unlikely) then they still have access to that as their paypal aco!!!! is probably not affected.. Was the item expensive and do you have tracking to the point of delivery, if you do have tracking make sure you keep the receipt for a minimum of 6 months in case a 'fraudulent use of card' claim is made.swtchick87 wrote: »Oh right.
