Receiving some e-mails twice

I use Incredimail for all my e-mail addresses and have been for years. However, recently I started receiving each e-mail twice for one of my accounts, it is a Yahoo one I think. The other yahoo account and my ntl account are fine.
Any ideas please?

How do you get the emails, do you download them with incredimail ?
Have you checked your message settings regarding email retention.
If it's set up as "leave mail on server" possible it could be affecting it if the headers which are marked as read
Not that I like Yahoo it's a load of rubbish
