Boots (like WH Smiths) are one of the most overpriced stores in the high street - I am amazed that both are still around!

I was amazed how much stuff people were buying in the 75% off sale in my local boots. Some customers had as many as 6 of the big laundry bags size. The staff were putting a lot of the stock out of large boxes and looked to me as if some was ordered in for the sale. Many of the gift sets had small sizes and a lot of bath products which aren't as popular now. Often cheaper buying bigger sizes and only the products you want.
