cash ISA question

Last year i put £3500 in cash ISA in my son' s name and £3500 in my on name.

I will be moving my money with the new provider in Apil. Am i allowed to move my son's money into my new account?

    If it is your son's name it is his money. Very generous of you.
    I hope you were not doing to evade tax, that as you know is illegal.

    It's his account and his money. You cannot withdraw it, spend it or move it.

    Only he can. You gave it to him.
