shipping an airbag to Europe

Im wanting to ship a steering wheel with its airbag intact abroad but finding it difficult to find a courier that will do it as its seen by many as an item that can be explosive!!
can anyone can help me out with some tips on sending it pr which courier to use?

I think this could be difficult as standard t and c's are always going to exclude imflammable or explosive items.
On the other hand the motor trade must be transporting these. Might be worth contacting some large garages or motor factors and see if a friendly person there could let you know which carrier they use.0 -

i work in the motor trade and see loads of these posted with run of the mill couriers. Hell i've even sent them myself!
whether its strictly legal is another story!0 -
