So glad to be leaving B.G
Finally got my final bill from B.G as have defected to EDF. Why did I think it would be simple? Our billing period started on 21st Dec, we were on an E7 meter using NS heaters. Changed heating system and on 5th Jan gave meter readings and asked to be put on a single tariff. Got bill today and lo and behold, they had no record of the reading and the entire bill was charged at single tariff. Have to wait another 5 days for them to sort it out :mad:
